im 15 rn and i weigh 182 at 5'11 which i am a overweight by a bit and rn im trying to get down to 170 ive already lost like 2 punds in one week , ik its not a lot but usually those are the ones that stay off for good i am alos doing a calorie deficit and cash has been a real help in diet cause some chicken breast and beef seems really fkn good and is high in protein and nutritious

cash is such an inspiration. 9-10 months ago, i was overweight, pretty chubby, and had a four pack on a good day. after watching this video, i made it to point to start eating healthier, change my physical diet, and stay consistent with eating veggies, protein, and beneficial liquids/foods. Literally because of cash to this day, i nearly have an 8-pack with a defined 6 pack, i put on a scary amount of muscle, and have now cancelled any types of sugar and fattening foods. If i hadn’t clicked on this video, i would’ve been worse than what i was before. cash is truly my favorite youtuber. It’s crazy what you can do with the human body.

Most people can’t get ripped eating bread and peanut butter. Also, I recommend everyone do the 75 day challenge with no cheat meals. Cheat meals and cheat days held me back more than anything else.
